Most 55+ communities require at least one resident to be 55 or older, and do not allow anyone under the age of 18. At least 80% of Encore’s occupied villas or apartments must have one person who is 55 or older. This allows flexibility for 20% of our residents to fall under the category of someone under the age of 55.

Encore is a rental community that offers villas and apartment style living. Our team of experienced leasing agents make the renting process easy. Renting has many benefits over buying a home, including maintenance-free living and no property taxes.

While HOA (Homeowners Association) fees are common in most 55+ communities, there are no HOA fees at Encore at Tradition. Our leasing model allows you to enjoy resort-style amenities, maintenance-free living, social events, and wellness programs with a $100 club fee for apartments and $140 club fee for villas.

Furry friends are welcome! Encore has great pet perks, like beautiful walking trails around the community where you can walk dogs. Encore allows pets under 75 lbs, as long as their vaccination records are provided to the community and updated as needed. Pet interviews will be conducted prior to move-in.
